More Than Walking

Our programme offers Adults aged 18+ the opportunity to get moving and build relationships which we know has a positive impact on the physical and mental wellbeing of our local community. Walking & general body movement is one of the easiest ways to become more active and lose weight. This inclusive activity is a great tool for us to use that will bring our diverse community together and encourage healthier living.
